Use of the platform

comma provides software for discovering, hosting, and managing community events. Users must provide accurate information and may not use the platform for illegal, misleading, harmful, or prohibited activities.

Who can use comma

You must be 13 or older to have a comma account. Anyone can open an event page someone sends them; an account, messaging, and RSVPs are for 13 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete what it holds.

Event hosts

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, venue access, attendee safety, cancellation notices, and any event-specific terms. comma may remove listings that violate our standards or applicable law.

Tickets and payments

Paid tickets are processed through Stripe. Ticket prices, fees, and checkout details are shown before payment. A successful payment does not override host rules for admission, capacity, or event conduct.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the host's event policy and the reason for the request. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, attendees may contact support for review.
